NICOLE Kidman has had plenty of raunchy roles over the years from her Oscar-nominated performance as courtesan Satine in Moulin Rouge, to getting hot and steamy alongside ex-hubby Tom Cruise in Eyes Wide Shut.
But it’s her latest role as a high-powered married CEO who puts her career and family on the line for an affair with a much younger man that’s billed to be her sexiest one yet.

And the cheeky confession isn’t the only one Nicole has shared over the years.
From “fetish” admissions to shooting raunchy scenes with her best friend’s ex, Fabulous takes a look at the Oscar winner’s kinkiest revelations.
‘Raw and dangerous’
Nicole isn’t afraid to open up about her private life, and in an eye-opening interview with GQ, she revealed how she’s explored all aspects of love, from the “mundane” to “strange sexual fetish stuff”.
“I’ve explored obsession, I’ve explored loss and love in terms of being in a grief-stricken place, I’ve explored strange sexual fetish stuff, I’ve explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy,” she confessed.
Nicole added that her marriage to country singer Keith Urban, who she wed back in 2006 is “raw” and “dangerous”.
“When you commit to someone like that, you live and die together by that decision,” she said.
Sex scene with bestie’s ex
Nicole set pulses racing with her hot and steamy scenes alongside Liev Schreiber in Netflix’s The Perfect Couple.
But the Australian star revealed she had to ask her best friend Naomi Watts’ permission before doing the scenes, as Liev is her ex-partner.
Naomi, 55 and Liev, 56, were together for 11 years, from 2005 to 2016, and share two children together.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Liev asked Nicole if it was true that she had asked Naomi’s permission before signing up for the role.
“Of course”, she replied.
Husband has ‘no clue’
Nicole and Keith have been married for almost 20 years, and she previously admitted that she knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him after just six months.
However, whilst her husband is “understanding” of her sex scenes, Nicole revealed he doesn’t really have a clue what goes on in her career.
She said: “My husband is an artist, so he understands all of it, and he also does not get involved.”
Nicole Kidman's raunchiest roles
By Jake Penkethman, TV Reporter
The Perfect Couple– Nicole indulged in a steamy romp with her best friend’s ex in The Perfect Couple. She appears opposite Ray Donovan star Liev Schreiber, 56, as married couple Greer and Tag Winbury. There was viewer speculation on how their steamy scenes might be awkward, due to Nicole’s close friendship with Liev’s ex partner Naomi Watts. According to US outlet Entertainment Weekly, Nicole reached out to her pal prior to playing onscreen spouses with her former beau. “We always check in, we’re besties”, Naomi told the publication, before adding: “That was very kind of her to do that.”
Eyes Wide Shut– This was one of Nicole’s more famous roles and saw her star opposite her first husband Tom Cruise. The erotic mystery movie is packed full of extra-marital sex and orgies with Nicole’s character at the centre.
Billy Bathgate– Back in 1991, Nicole was left stripping off on multiple occasions for movie Bily Bathgate. Co-starring Dustin Hoffman, Nicole was a young and married socialite who found herself often nude in the racy movie.
The Paperboy – Nicole was seen romping again with a younger man in The Paperboy as she got down with Zac Efron. Aged 44, Nicole found herself getting intimate with Hollywood heartthrob Zac Efron. Zac described the sex scenes with Nicole as “the highlight of my life”. Speaking at the time about filming the sex scenes, she said: “For me the freedom of her sexuality was important. I didn’t want to be saying ‘No’ to anything, which is an important part of being an actor, is learning not to shut down and not to say ‘No,’ and be completely free. I think as you get older you get a little more frightened – that’s the thing that makes me want to go, ‘Oh, screw this, I just want to push through that,’ and never stop myself from fighting through my own insecurities.”
The star revealed that Keith doesn’t have much say in the roles that Nicole signs up for, and only sees her performances right at the end, when they are being edited.
“He doesn’t read any script, he really doesn’t know what’s going on on the set, he’s got his own career that he’s completely absorbed in. He doesn’t know much about what I’m really doing,” she said.
Too hot to handle
In Nicole’s newest role, her character Romy falls for a kinky young intern Sammy who says to her “I tell you what to do and you do it”.
And in a revealing new interview, the actress said the raunchy scenes were sometimes too hot for her to handle.
She said: “There was an enormous amount of sharing and trust and then frustration.
“It’s like, ‘Don’t touch me’.
“There were times when we were shooting where I was like, ‘I don’t want to orgasm any more.
“Don’t come near me. I hate doing this.
“I don’t care if I am never touched again in my life!
“I’m over it. It was so present all the time for me that it was almost like a burnout.”
A ‘maniac in bed’
Nicole isn’t the only one to share an open insight into her marriage.
In Keith’s 2018 song Gemini, he opened up about his wife’s bedroom antics, describing her as a “maniac in the bed, but a brainiac in the head”.
However, Nicole admitted that she was “embarrassed” by the lyrics.
“I don’t sensor his art, but it is a little embarrassing,” Nicole laughed during an interview on Australia‘s KIIS FM’s Kyle And Jackie O show.
“It’s better than saying ‘God, I’m so bored. Make an effort, Nicole!'”
Another line in the song sees Keith sing: “She’s waking to make love in the middle of the night.”
But when the show’s co-host Kyle Sandilands questioned Nicole as to whether that lyric was true, Nicole refused to answer – and instead laughed it off.
“No, what?! You’re making that up, Kyle. Shut up. I’m not answering that, that’s outrageous,” she giggled.
